SoulCare stands as a remarkable milestone for CMS, following the successful implementation of dental services, reaffirming our unwavering dedication to holistic healthcare. This program represents a major accomplishment, as we extend our commitment to addressing the crucial role of mental health in overall well-being. The program offers an array of specialized services tailored specifically for Korean immigrants.
At the heart of SoulCare are the support groups, providing a unique platform for individuals to connect, share their personal journeys, and find solace in the company of others facing similar challenges. Facilitated by esteemed mental health experts, these groups aim to alleviate feelings of isolation and loneliness, fostering a sense of community and empowerment.
As part of the program, SoulCare offers enlightening educational lectures and reading classes that empower participants with knowledge and resilience to tackle their difficulties head-on. These engaging sessions delve into a variety of relevant topics, equipping individuals with practical tools and strategies to navigate life’s complexities.
Furthermore, SoulCare incorporates Traditional Oriental Treatments, carefully blending time-honored practices with evidence-based approaches. Led by esteemed Korean Medicine Doctor (KMD) Sujin Lee, the program integrates the wisdom of traditional healing methods with modern therapeutic modalities, delivering a comprehensive and integrative approach to mental health care.
